CALL AHEAD/WALK IN POLICY

The policy works as follows:

  1. On any given night, once we go on a wait, we will implement our “Call Ahead Policy”. You may walk in or you may call the restaurant and your name will be added to our wait list. The hostess will give you an approximate time as to when you will be seated. With our new seating system, the time is pretty accurate but not guaranteed.

  2. You may call ahead up to one hour and have your name put on our wait list. Please understand that this is not a reservation and you are not guaranteed a table when you arrive. This does however put you on the wait list from the time that you called and will shorten any wait that you may have.

  3. Please understand that we cannot seat partial parties until everyone in the party has arrived. If your complete party has not arrived after 15 minutes of your reserved time, you will then be put on a wait list for the next available table or tables. Please keep in mind that this could take anywhere from 15 minutes up to an hour. In the past we have had people put in for a time with the rest of the party not arriving for 30-45 minutes later preventing people on the wait list from being seated. This policy is strictly enforced so as not to inconvenience other customers that are on the wait list. If you would like you may ask to see a manager.
